Many resorts have a standard policy of offering free stays, meals, and perks to guests who have a bad experience on their property. To many of us, that feels like the right thing for them to do, and in some circumstances it is.
But not always. Free accommodations and other benefits do not constitute adequate compensation for injuries you suffer because of a dangerous condition at a Fort Lauderdale resort.
